Documents & Collateral
Graphic design, as we all know, isn't just beautiful displays and exhilirating video. Sometimes it's about an on-brand approach to visual data, or a catalogue that clearly showcases clothing, equipment or services. I've compiled some documents and templates below (click for the full document!) to let them have their own moment to shine.
The CCD Digital Signage Guide

This document was created to clearly define and standardise the digital signage service at The Convention Centre Dublin, serving as both an internal reference and a client-facing guide. It brings together structured tables, service descriptions, maps, and visual examples to communicate technical information clearly and efficiently.
A key challenge was designing a layout that worked both digitally and in print - small enough to email and download easily, while remaining legible and effective when printed. The document was also built to be flexible, allowing content, pricing, or layouts to be updated without redesigning the entire file. It was used by sales, operations, and clients to support event planning, service selection, and commercial discussions.
This document template was designed for Greg Church, a golf professional who regularly delivered reports and presentations to the golf club management team. The layout combines photography, pie charts, bar graphs, and long-form text, intentionally leaning into a text-led structure to suit the expectations of a managerial audience rather than a sporting one. As the club manager was not a golf professional, the design focused on clarity, explanation, and structure over shorthand or technical jargon.
Built as a flexible template, it allowed for regular updates without redesign, and was optimised primarily for print while remaining fully legible and functional when viewed on a tablet.

Movesgood Document Template

This flexible document template was created for Movesgood to support a wide range of internal and external communications, including reports, roadmaps, annual employee updates, and new stock breakdowns. The layout was intentionally designed to be highly adaptable, allowing content to scale up or down depending on purpose without breaking the structure. A strong emphasis was placed on visual communication to ensure the document was accessible to all audiences - from marketing and sales teams to in-store staff. Generous use of imagery was built into the template to showcase products clearly, making complex or varied information easy to understand across departments.
The CCD Digital Signage Map

This purely visual document is a highly accurate, architectural-style line drawing of the building, created to map every digital screen within the space. Each screen is clearly labelled and referenced using the same terminology as the digital signage guide, ensuring consistency across documents and allowing them to work together as a system. The drawing was designed to support multiple audiences, including clients planning events, designers working within the space, and teams who had never physically visited the building. It allowed users to understand screen placement at a glance, avoid visual obstructions during event planning, and make informed decisions based solely on plans and maps.
